Dunnigan and Jacobs Foundation Scholarship Application
The Dunnigan and Jacobs Foundation annually awards scholarships to deserving high school graduates who are planning to pursue college or other higher education. The foundation seeks to award those who have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement, service, and leadership.
Application Instructions
The application period for this year is April 15 – May 15, 2024. To apply for a scholarship, follow these steps:

Follow the instructions to complete all sections of the application. A successfully completed application will include:

A completely filled out application form signed by student and parent/guardian

A copy of your transcript or progress report from the last semester completed

A separate sheet listing all awards, community service, leadership roles, school activities, and work-related activities

A one-page essay detailing your future goals and interests
-
A recent photo of yourself

Submit the completed application, transcript or progress report, school/work/leadership/community service list, one page essay, and photo via email by sending it to dunniganandjacobsfoundation@gmail.com.
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN MAY 15, 2024
Completed Application Checklist
☐ Completed application signed by student and parent/guardian
